Velocity Management is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Jamaica, Queens. Key Responsibilities:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will assist clients in accessing and maintaining benefits and services through agencies such as HPD and HRA. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, developing individualized service plans, and providing ongoing case management support. The LCSW will help clients navigate housing programs, public assistance, and other social service resources while ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date. This role also includes coordinating with city agencies, advocating on behalf of clients, monitoring case progress, and ensuring compliance with all program and regulatory requirements. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently are essential.

Qualifications:

- Active LCSW license in New York State (required)

- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)

- Experience working with HPD, HRA, or similar social service agencies preferred

- Strong knowledge of housing systems, public assistance, and community resources

- Excellent communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
