Overview

The Licensed Therapist at Renew Clinic provides clinical leadership, supervision, and direct therapeutic services within our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and broader clinical services. This role assumes responsibilities that include oversight of clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting program quality, and contributing to strategic clinical initiatives. This role serves as a key leader in fostering a Christ-centered, trauma-informed, evidence-based care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Supervision

  • Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance, case consultation, and professional development
  • Conduct supervision meetings, maintain supervision documentation, and perform annual employee reviews for direct reports
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure staff maintains competency in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices (CBT, DBT, MI, etc.)

Program Oversight & Compliance

  • Ensure all clinical services meet ethical, regulatory, and Renew Clinic standards
  • Oversee treatment planning, care coordination, and participant progress across platforms
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to maintain clinical quality assurance, program compliance, and accurate documentation
  • Ensure participant records and other documentation are current and compliant with HIPAA and state / federal regulations

Direct Clinical Services

  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions as needed
  • Support complex cases and provide case consultation for lower-level clinicians
  • Occasionally assist with curriculum development, public speaking, and participant education initiatives

Mission & Culture Leadership

  • Model Christ-centered leadership, fostering an inclusive, supportive, and multiculturally competent team culture
  • Collaborate with leadership and community partners to strengthen Renew Clinic's mission-aligned initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's Degree (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
  • Active Tennessee clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LADAC II) PREFERRED
  • Pre-License applicant would be considered so long as eligible in state of TN.
  • Prior experience providing clinical supervision preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and Christ-centered recovery principles
  • Rate of pay will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $58.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
