Role Overview

The Licensed Clinician will provide individual and family therapy to adults, children (ages 6+), and adolescents within a supportive, collaborative environment. You will work under the supervision of our Clinical Director and be part of a team that prioritizes high-quality care and strong clinical support.

This is a hybrid position (in-person and telehealth).

Responsibilities

  • Provide 53-minute individual and/or family therapy sessions
  • Conduct comprehensive intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Complete progress notes within 24 hours
  • Maintain a weekly caseload clients (28 for full-time and 10+ for part-time)
  • Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client outcomes
  • Engage with parents/guardians to ensure wraparound support for child and adolescent clients
  • Group Facilitation

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children/adolescents and families welcomed
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical documentation skills
  • Comfortable with hybrid work (in-person and telehealth)
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
