Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed Commercial agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional client services. This role involves interacting with customers via phone and other communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is required.

-Property & Casualty license is required.
- Strong client services background with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with office environments and basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.

-Pay is based on experience.
