Licensed Dental Assistant

Pay: $24–$30/hour (based on experience)

Pearl Ridge Dental is seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) to join our patient-focused private practice. This role is suited for a clinically strong, reliable assistant who can support efficient workflows and deliver a high-quality patient experience.

What You’ll Do

- Assist the dentist with a full range of clinical procedures

- Take dental radiographs (X-rays)

- Perform expanded functions permitted under Minnesota law (e.g., restorations, sealants)

- Prepare and break down treatment rooms

- Maintain sterilization and infection control protocols

- Support patient flow and ensure a smooth clinical day
