Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and certified Drone Operator/Pilot to join our team and lead aerial inspection operations. You’ll play a key role in conducting facade assessments, water spray tests, and performance investigations using advanced drone technology and software tools.

What You'll Do:

• Operate drones for facade inspections, thermal imaging, water testing, and site documentation.
• Capture high-quality visual and thermal data for analysis.
• Utilize relevant software for data processing, reporting, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure all drone operations comply with local regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our technical team to assess facade integrity and identify issues.

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in professional drone operation, preferably in construction or building inspection.
✅ Familiarity with facade systems, water testing, or glass/aluminum structures is a plus.
✅ Proficient in drone-related software for mapping, analysis, and reporting (e.g., Pix4D, DroneDeploy, FLIR Tools, etc.).
✅ Valid drone pilot certification in UAE.
✅ Strong attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
