What We're Looking For

We are seeking a skilled and motivated NC Licensed Electrician who:

• Holds a current NC Electrician License (any classification, L, I, or U)
• Demonstrates strong leadership and technical expertise
• Is professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Values safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Active NC Electrician License
• Extensive residential electrical experience (light commercial experience preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to use tablet-based technology and digital work orders
• Ability to pass background
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and accurately
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Lead and mentor apprentice and journeyman electricians
• Follow company processes and safety protocols on every job
• Present repair and upgrade options to customers professionally
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Complete documentation and job reports accurately
