We are seeking a passionate and energetic Licensed Esthetician to join our talented team. In this role, you will deliver a wide range of skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring each guest receives personalized service that enhances their natural beauty and well-being. Your expertise will help create memorable experiences that promote relaxation, confidence, and satisfaction.

<Duties>

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, waxing,lash lift, and esthetic treatments with precision and care.
• Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, hair threading, body waxing, makeup application, and hair styling to meet diverse client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products to enhance client results and support their ongoing skincare routines.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Vagaro, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Engage with guests through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, providing consultations, and upselling appropriate treatments or products.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed to create a seamless guest experience from check-in to checkout.

<Skills>

• Valid State Esthetician License with experience in medical spa or salon settings.
• Proficiency in management systems such as Vagaro for scheduling and client records.
• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques including dermabrasion, derma planning, laser therapy, esthetic treatment, and body waxing.
• Familiarity with salon software for retail sales tracking and appointment management.
• Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor to foster guest loyalty.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently while upselling services to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Knowledge of social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online. Pay: $27.76 - $33.44 per hour
