Overview
Lotus Esthetics & Wellness is a growing spa located in Northfield, NJ dedicated to providing thoughtful, results-driven skincare in a calm and welcoming environment. We are currently expanding into a larger location and are accepting resumes for a Licensed Esthetician to join our team.

This position is part of our upcoming expansion, with an anticipated start date in early summer, depending on construction progress. We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, committed to continued learning, and takes pride in delivering an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments using a consultation-based, results-driven approach

• Provide dermaplaning as an advanced exfoliation treatment when appropriate

• Perform eyebrow waxing and shaping services

• Provide facial and body waxing with precision and attention to client comfort

• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate take-home products

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in accordance with state regulations

• Deliver a professional, calming, and high-quality spa experience for every guest

Qualifications

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.

• Experience performing facials, dermaplaning, eyebrow waxing, and body waxing preferred

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

• Ability to create a welcoming and relaxing experience for clients

• A positive attitude and strong sense of professionalism

• Interest in continued education and growth within the skincare industry

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented spa environment

This position will be commission based.
