Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments, providing personalized services that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel pampered, valued, and inspired to achieve their aesthetic goals. As a Licensed Esthetician, you will also educate clients on skincare routines, and contribute to the overall success of our spa .

Responsibilities

• Perform facials treatments.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized after each use to uphold health and safety protocols.
• Manage guest appointments efficiently using spa software ; handle front desk duties including scheduling and check-in/out processes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Skills

• Valid cosmetology license with esthetician specialization.
• Strong management skills with experience overseeing appointments and retail sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with spa software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while demonstrating professionalism and hospitality.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for body waxing, facial treatments, laser procedures, nail care, hair styling, barbering, and tattooing.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
