Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, Botox treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and skin rejuvenation procedures using advanced esthetic laser technology.
• Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards and adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Operate salon management software such as Millennium, MINDBODY, and other salon software tools for scheduling appointments, processing payments, and managing client records efficiently.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and engage with clients online to boost brand visibility.
• Upsell retail products by demonstrating their benefits during treatments and providing personalized recommendations to meet individual skincare needs.
• Support front desk operations by greeting clients warmly, answering inquiries, booking appointments, and managing guest services seamlessly.
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on the latest skincare innovations including dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, hair styling, hair threading, tattooing (if certified), straight razor shaves, and med spa procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience while maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state requirements.
• Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments or related procedures.
• Strong knowledge of skin care products and color theory for makeup application.
• Familiarity with salon management software including Millennium and MINDBODY platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about treatment options and skincare routines.
• Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling skincare products and services.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols at all times.
• Knowledge of social media management for marketing purposes is a plus.
• Prior experience in a med spa or hospitality setting is advantageous but not required. Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
