Role Overview: Licensed Esthetician

As a Licensed Esthetician, you will provide exceptional skin care services, educate clients on treatment plans, and support overall wellness through professional expertise and personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional, high-quality facial and skincare services
• Design customized, progressive treatment plans based on client goals
• Recommend appropriate products and home-care routines
• Meet service and retail sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Create positive client experiences with a friendly, professional attitude
• Promote memberships and client referrals
• Maintain clean and professional skincare rooms and common areas

Requirements

• Active State Esthetics License
• Ability to maintain esthetics liability insurance
• Strong passion for skincare, facial treatments, and client wellness
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and Hand & Stone standards
