Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, hydrafacials, glo 2 facials eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermapalning, and makeup application.
- Manage client consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend appropriate treatments and products, and educate guests on skincare routines.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation procedures during treatments.
- Engage in social media management by promoting services, sharing before-and-after photos, and building a strong online presence to attract new clients.
- Assist at the front desk with guest services , product demos, upselling retail items, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Support team collaboration through effective communication skills while contributing to a welcoming and hospitable environment for both guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices including skin care treatments, hair extensions, nail care, and makeup application.
- Proven experience 3-5 years preferably.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally while upselling products or additional services effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards in a spa or salon setting to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Experience in social media management to promote services creatively online.

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
