1099 position

50% sales 100% gratuity

We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self starter, can do attitude, have a passion for skincare and beauty services, providing exceptional customer experiences in a professional spa environment.

*Responsibilities*

Reception as primary hourly position. Opportunity will be open for accepting clients thru shift. Wonderful opportunity to grow books.

- Capitalizing on the ability to build a life time clientele by actively engaging on social platforms.

- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body wraps, head spa

- Provide expert advice on skincare routines and products

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Utilize Gloss Genius software for scheduling and client management

- Upsell products and services to clients

- Sanitate tools and equipment according to industry standards

*Qualifications*

- Certification or license as an Esthetician

- 3 years Experience in spa, salon,or med spa

- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively

- Familiarity with hospitality standards for customer service

- Proficiency in sales techniques for promoting services and products

- Knowledge of dermaplaining and microdermabrasion

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $80.00 per hour
