Licensed Esthetician

Spavia Clark Commons is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians.

✔Avg pay per 50-min facial: $52-$56 (includes gratuity)

✔Advanced services: Up to $66 for 60–70 min treatments

✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

✔W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments

Advanced Facials/Exfoliation

Upgraded Treatments

70 min

$62–$66

✔ Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments

✔ Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included

✔ Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn$70K–$75K+ annually

✔ Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses

Schedule & Benefits

● Full-time or part-time

● Weekend/evening availability preferred

● 10-minute turnover between services

● Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60 minute facials

We are specifically looking for

Sundays 2pm-7pm

Tuesdays 9am-2pm

Fridays 2pm-8pm

Saturdays 9am-2pm

And flexibility for coverage on remaining days

● Perform result driven skincare treatments with exceptional detail● Recommend enhancements (such as microcurrent and dermaflash) & memberships to support guest wellness goals

● Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
