We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our vibrant beauty and wellness team in Newton, MA. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, other skin care treatments under the direction from medical providers.
• Provide expert consultations to assess clients’ skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to their needs and goals.
• Manage retail sales by educating clients on skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatments to enhance their results.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and ensuring all tools and treatment areas are properly sterilized.
• Utilize medical electric record system for document.
• Engage actively in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and building our online community.
• Deliver outstanding guest services by creating a warm atmosphere, addressing client questions confidently, and ensuring their comfort throughout each visit.
• Assist with front desk duties when needed—checking in clients, managing appointments, handling inquiries—and support overall salon operations.
• Conduct product demonstrations during events or consultations to educate clients about new skincare lines or treatments.

Experience

• Valid state license as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of skin care including Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, and pre-post care of various facials.
• Proven experience in performing advanced esthetic procedures such as Hydarfacials and dermaplaning.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
• Experience in retail sales—educating clients about products—and upselling treatments to maximize guest satisfaction and business growth.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols aligned with health regulations; ability to maintain a clean and safe environment at all times.
• Prior experience working in a med spa preferred; hospitality skills are a plus for creating memorable guest experiences. Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
