We are currently seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is skilled, caring, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. This role is ideal for someone who values quality service, long-term career growth, and meaningful client relationships.

What You Will Do

• Perform customized facial treatments based on individual skin concerns and goals

(deep cleansing, brightening, anti-aging, acne care, hydration, sensitive skin support)

• Operate professional skincare equipment, including LED light therapy, exfoliation devices, and ampoule/serum infusion tools
• Provide thoughtful skincare consultations and appropriate product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, calm, and professional treatment room environment
• Build long-term client relationships and support strong client retention
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service quality and overall client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Esthetician License (required)
• Strong understanding of skincare principles, techniques, and skin analysis
• A caring, professional attitude with excellent attention to detail
• Genuine passion for wellness, skin health, and personal growth
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Spa, salon, or med-spa experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
