The Palm Extension Bar – Mount Pleasant, SC

The Palm Extension Bar is a luxury beauty studio in Mount Pleasant offering a full range of high-end hair and lash services—from custom color and cuts to hand-tied extensions and more. We are growing and looking to add a licensed esthetician to expand our service offerings.

Services We’re Looking to Add:

• Lash lifts & tinting
• Brow lamination & tinting
• Eyebrow waxing
• Lash extensions (preferred, but not required)

What Makes Us Different:
We don’t just offer services—we train and develop artists. We provide lash extension training and mentorship, so if you’re not yet certified in lashes, we’re willing to invest in teaching you the skill.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed esthetician
• Driven, coachable, and eager to grow
• Passionate about beauty and client experience
• Ready to build and maintain a strong clientele

What We Offer:

• 60–65% commission
• Hands-on training + continued education
• Mentorship from experienced salon owners
• A relaxed, professional, team-oriented environment
• Established salon (5+ years in Mount Pleasant)

We are a smaller, open-concept salon with a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere. While building your books may take time initially, you’ll have the support and guidance needed to grow quickly and successfully.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (flexible, but must be motivated to maximize opportunity)
