Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and esthetic services, including facials, microneedling, and other related treatments and procedures. This individual will play an essential role in delivering high-quality care and exceptional customer service, helping clients achieve their skincare and beauty goals in a welcoming and professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of esthetic treatments such as facials, microneedling, and additional skincare services.
• Perform advanced skincare procedures, ensuring precision and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized treatment area in accordance with office policies and hygiene standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through personalized care and professional service.
• Oversee post-treatment care and ensure client satisfaction through proper follow-up.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements to offer the most effective treatment options.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or certification in accordance with state requirements.
• Previous experience in a medical spa or similar clinical setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in performing facials, microneedling, and other esthetic services.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to manage client needs and expectations.
• In-depth understanding of various skin types and conditions to tailor treatment plans appropriately.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor to support lasting client relationships.
