Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin rejuvenation treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend suitable treatments and home care routines tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Use EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to accurately document client information, treatment details, and medical history.
• Educate clients on skincare products, techniques, and aftercare instructions to promote ongoing skin health.
• Manage retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and packages that meet client needs while achieving sales goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and certifications such as tattooing or esthetic laser procedures to continually enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
• Proven experience in performing diverse esthetic treatments including body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and dermabrasion.
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols, infection control practices, and safety standards within a clinical or spa environment.
• Familiarity with color theory for makeup artistry and advanced skin treatment techniques like laser therapy or tattooing is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for record keeping and medical documentation purposes.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
