Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services, including facials and body treatments.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace to ensure client safety.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Manage appointments and maintain accurate client records.
• Engage in sales of products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while providing high-quality services.
• A passion for the beauty industry and staying updated on current trends.
• Previous experience in sales and customer service is highly desirable.
