Licensed Esthetician

Lumina Aesthetics & Spa – Buffalo Grove, IL

We are looking for an experienced esthetician who is confident, detail-oriented, and skilled in advanced facial treatments.

This is not an entry-level position. You must be comfortable performing treatments independently and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Active Illinois Esthetician License
• Strong knowledge of skin types and conditions
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Must Be Experienced In:

• Customized facials
• Hydrafacial / hydrodermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• Extractions
• LED light therapy
• High frequency treatments

Preferred (Strong Advantage):

• Microneedling experience
• Radio frequency / skin tightening
• Advanced machines and multi-step treatments
• Experience following treatment protocols based on skin analysis

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional facial treatments with high attention to detail
• Follow customized treatment plans
• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation
• Ensure excellent client experience
