About us

Sen Organic Day Spa (formerly Perception Organic Spa) is a small, local, female-owned business in Richmond, VA. We only use organic and non-toxic products in our services, and many of them are made in-house. We have a strong client-base after being in business for 10 years, and are looking for an additional esthetician to join our team.

The environment at the spa is chic and elegant but relaxing (think Himalayan salt lamps and plants everywhere). Our goal is to create a relaxing and serene environment for our clients and staff.

We are in search of a full or part-time Esthetician who can work with clients to perform facials, waxing and body treatments. The ideal candidate for this position is a flexible team player who is willing to help do daily individual and team chores at the spa (laundry and turning rooms over).

Responsibilities:

• Be able to discuss skincare with clients.
• Care about your clients' well-being.
• Address various skincare needs.
• Evaluate the overall skin health of your clients and offer suggestions for future treatment.
• Assist with basic tasks around the spa (laundry and turning rooms over)
• Perform waxing effectively and efficiently
• Timeliness is a firm requirement, both in terms of showing up to work on time and ensuring that you stay on schedule

Sunday: 12-5 PM
Monday: 1-7 PM
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 10 AM-7 PM
Thursday: 10 AM-7 PM
Friday: 10 AM-7 PM
Saturday: 10 AM-7 PM
