Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Licensed Esthetician with at least 1 year experience to help clients achieve their skin care and beauty goals while providing the upmost customer service and care for every client. Hands on experience with facials lash lifting, brow waxing and tinting is necessary. Experience in customer service and front desk coordination is a plus.

9. Follows safety standards and keeps thorough sanitation practices after each client interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Maintain detailed client records and SOAP notes
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Create a warm, welcoming, and elevated client experience
• Support rebooking and cultivate long-term client relationships
• Perform customized, results-driven facial treatments tailored to each client
• Skin care procedures such as customized facials, advanced facial massage techniques, eyelash lifting, eyebrow lamination, lash and brow tinting, eyebrow mapping, eyebrow shaping, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, LED therapy and back facials.
• Maintaining a clean treatment room and spa facility including all equipment, and tools used, laundering linens and thorough disinfection daily.
• Excellent communication with staff and clients.
• Recommend appropriate products to each client.
• Continuing education of new innovations in Esthetics.

Requirements

• Current Hawaii State Esthetician License
• At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Esthetician
• Strong knowledge of skin health, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
