Licensed Esthetician

Job description:

Waxed + Bronzed is a growing esthetics studio in central Boulder seeking a licensed esthetician with professional waxing experience to join our team.

This role is primarily focused on Brazilian waxing and eyebrow services. Candidates must have at least six months of hands-on waxing experience. Speed waxing and hard wax experience are a plus. Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in brow work are important for success in this position.

In addition to waxing, we offer custom airbrush spray tanning, lash and brow tinting, Elleebana lash lifts, brow henna, and brow laminations. Training in these services is available for the right candidate. Preference may be given to applicants with an existing clientele.

Estheticians are expected to participate in daily studio operations, including client checkout, retail sales, supply restocking, and maintaining a clean and professional workspace.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado esthetics license
• Minimum 6 months professional waxing experience
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly base pay plus tips and retail commission, averaging $30–$40 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, paid parental leave, and a retirement plan.

Location:
Our studio is located in central Boulder and serves a diverse client base from Boulder and surrounding communities. Private parking is available on-site.
