Licensed Esthetician

Chateau Glow is a fast-growing skin studio that has been named Best Skincare in Brooklyn, NY for 2021-2026. Chateau Glow offers a new, highly-personalized way to get clinical level, result-driven facials. We frown upon those complicated spa menus with confusing add-ons and options. Instead, we offer our Glow Up facial with the ability to choose a base treatment (Custom, HydraFacial, and Microderm), an enhancement, and a finisher all included. This empowers both clients and Estheticians to select the combination of treatment, enhancements and finishers that will drive real lasting results.

For this position, we are on the lookout for highly-motivated Estheticians that prioritize service and professionalism. Requirements Include:

• MUST be able to work at least 1 weekend day
• A Licensed Esthetician (not a cosmetology license)
• 1+ years experience as a licensed esthetician at a busy spa/salon
• Experience with dermaplaning
• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Reliable and punctual

• A NYS Licensed Esthetician (not a cosmetology license)
• Have a thorough understanding of ingredients and product offerings
• Able to clearly articulate treatments and at-home regimens
• Confident in explaining treatments to clients in order to create a plan to help each individual with their skin goals
• A resourceful problem-solver when faced with new challenges
• Positive and enthusiastic with a personable attitude and passion for skincare
• A team player that is interested in contributing positively to overall work culture

What You'll Do:

• Complete Chateau Glow’s comprehensive and rigorous training program
• Analyze, consult and perform high-quality customized facials, chemical peels, and more in a professional and comfortable setting
• Complete accurate charting and documentation of each client
• Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
• Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
• Encourage sign ups for our monthly membership
• Maintain and disinfect the reception area, restroom, and treatment room after each client
• Assist with day to day supporting tasks in the studio
