Aesthetic Lab is seeking an experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional esthetician with strong clinical skills, HydraFacial certification, and a passion for delivering high-quality skincare treatments in a client-focused environment.

The Licensed Esthetician will provide advanced skincare treatments, support daily operations, and ensure a consistently elevated guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments within scope of practice, including but not limited to facials, chemical peels and microdermabrasion.
• Conduct skin assessments and recommend appropriate treatment plans and skincare products
• Administer non-invasive cosmetic procedures, such as dermaplaning, ensuring the highest level or safety and efficacy.
• Educate clients on treatments, home care, and post-treatment instructions
• Complete accurate and timely charting and documentation for all services
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and follow up recommendations to optimize results
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms
• Follow all protocols, safety standards, and company policies
• Support providers and team members to ensure efficient clinic flow
• Promote memberships, retail products, and service packages as appropriate

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active California Esthetician License (required)
• HydraFacial certification (required)
• 2–5 years of experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and professional-grade products
• Good understanding of skin anatomy
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work full-time with flexible availability based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume or multi-service aesthetics environment
• Familiarity with EMR systems and electronic charting
• Sales experience with retail products, memberships, or treatment packages

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
