What You'll Do

Offer beautiful, transformative facials tailored to each client's skin needs—from deep hydration to calming sensitive skin, with soothing massage for ultimate relaxation
Provide expert waxing services for brows, lip, face, and body using quality products and gentle after-care for smooth, flawless results
Perform lash lifts and brow shaping/tinting to frame the face and give clients that wake-up-ready confidence
Educate your guests throughout each service because you're passionate, not salesy
Rebook and recommend in a way that feels natural and authentic
Keep your treatment room clean, clear, and reflective of your professionalism
Contribute to salon culture—meetups, and events—with curiosity and creativity
Lead with presence. You're not just in the treatment room; you're part of what makes this space feel special

Commission Structure

If you're bringing a book of business, we're ready to talk.

We're offering competitive, customizable commission based on your volume, hustle, and long-term goals. Retail bonuses are also available, and we'll continue to support you with front desk coverage, scheduling systems, and opportunities to expand your brand within Lifted.
