Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and skin treatments such as dermabrasion and esthetic laser therapy.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend customized skincare routines tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client progress thoroughly.
• Educate clients on skincare products, techniques, and home care routines to promote ongoing skin health.
• Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and advanced techniques such as tattooing or hair threading to provide innovative services.
• Uphold all state licensing requirements and adhere to health regulations related to cosmetology and esthetic practices.

Skills

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures, infection control protocols, and safety standards in esthetic practice.
• Proficiency in cosmetology techniques including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and hair threading.
• Familiarity with color theory for makeup artistry and skin tone analysis.
• Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping of medical records and treatment history.
• Ability to perform advanced treatments such as dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, or tattooing with precision.
