We are looking for someone who:

• Performs personalized skincare treatments in the allotted time following the approved brand protocols, ensuring each interaction leads to the designated retail goal
• Educate clients on all treatment processes, including pre and post treatment care instructions
• Perform treatments including but not limited to, clinical facials, extractions, medical grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and etc
• Determines client skincare goals and objectives, and recommends products and services that can reasonably facilitate the attainment of those goals
• Upsell clients on products and services
• Develops ongoing relationships with clients
• Keeps a clean station and sanitizes all tools
• Follows all salon policies and procedures

Education and Experience Requirements:

• An active esthetician licensed in Alabama is required
• Must have at least one year of esthetician experience
