Responsibilities

• Perform customized facial treatments based on each client's skincare goals
• Conduct advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
• Microdermabrasion
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling
• HydraFacial
• Radio Frequency Skin Tightening
• LED Light Therapy
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products and treatments
• Recommend and sell skincare products, treatment packages, memberships, and services based on each client's needs
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed/certified Esthetician in the State of Idaho (required)
• Previous hands-on experience performing advanced skincare treatments
• Experience with sales, including recommending and selling skincare products, treatment packages, and spa services
• Strong ability to educate clients and confidently make personalized treatment recommendations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
