About Us:

Spa One is a modern day spa + advanced aesthetics dedicated to providing exceptional skincare and beauty treatments for both men and women. We specialize in luxurious relaxing, and results-driven treatments, offering a high-end experience in a welcoming environment. Our clients love us—we are a highly rated spa with a proven success model that supports both our staff and clientele. We use GlyMed Plus and SkinCeuticals in our treatments, so familiarity with these brands is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting 30% commission, increasing based on performance and loyalty.

Who We Are Seeking:

• Experienced in laser hair removal, IPL, and Hydrofacial (or confident in learning them safely and thoroughly).
• Willing and able to work evening and weekend shifts.
• Eager to learn and master a wide range of services in both our day spa and med spa.
• Self-motivated professionals who are proactive about completing certifications and growing their service menu.
• Creative, positive estheticians who align with our high standards and vision.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Excellent communicators open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Honest, reliable, and team-focused with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in a welcoming, professional environment.
• Perform and work toward proficiency in a wide range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, pedicures, and advanced medical-grade treatments such as Morpheus8, Lumecca, Diolaze, Tixel, and more.
• Follow treatment protocols and safety procedures in compliance with medical spa standards and state regulations.
• Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment and prep areas.
• Conduct thorough client consultations, document treatment plans, and maintain accurate client records.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and technologies to ensure best-in-class service.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive, high-performance environment.
• Take initiative in completing required certifications and participating in ongoing in-house training.
• Support retail sales through product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Represent the Spa One brand with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
