Licensed Esthetician (Advanced Treatments / Laser Experience Preferred)

- Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician with a passion for advanced skincare and results-driven treatments. This role is ideal for someone confident in facials, comfortable working with technology, and motivated to build client relationships while promoting high-value treatment plans.

- Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Assist with and/or perform treatments such as LED, RF (Forma), IPL (Lumecca), and body sculpting (training provided if needed)
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare, aftercare, and long-term results
• Recommend and sell treatment packages and skincare products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury treatment environment
• Manage appointments and client communication (confirmations, follow-ups)

- Requirements

• Active Florida Esthetician License
• Experience with facials and skincare treatments
• Strong communication and client consultation skills
• Comfortable with sales (retail + packages)
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Interest in advanced treatments and technology

Preferred (not required):

• Experience with RF, IPL, microneedling, or body sculpting
• Previous med spa experience
• Spanish speaking
