Schedule

• Tuesday–Saturday is your scheduled work days
• Tuesday-Thursday – 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday & Saturday: 8:45 AM – 3:00 PM
• Weekend availability required

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced skincare treatments (facials, chemical peels, laser services, microneedling, etc.)
• Conduct skin analysis and create customized treatment plans
• Educating clients on services and at-home skincare regimens
• Recommend and sell retail products and memberships
• Meet daily sales goals (services + retail)
• Review client medical history and ensure safe, compliant treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation and client consent forms
• Participate in events and assist with marketing efforts when needed

Requirements

• Active Texas Esthetician (Required)
• Texas Laser Hair Removal Technician (or higher) Certificate (Required)
• Experience in a med spa, spa, or wellness setting (Preferred)
• Sales experience and comfort with upselling services/products
• Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and skin conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sciton laser platforms
• Experience with Alastin & ZO Skin Health products
