About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician to join the growing team at Z Med Clinic. Core Responsibilities

• Consultation & Strategy: Conduct in-depth skin assessments and design customized, results-oriented treatment plans for each client.
• Advanced Skincare: Administer high-quality treatments, including custom facials, dermaplaning, VI Peels, and a variety of other advanced chemical peels targeting texture, aging, acne, and hyperpigmentation.
• Specialty Aesthetics & Brow Artistry: Perform precision microblading and brow lamination services to enhance client features.
• Laser Expertise: Safely and effectively execute a variety of laser services, such as hair removal, skin resurfacing, and pigmentation correction.
• Client Education: Guide clients through their skincare journey by educating them on at-home routines, post-treatment care, and recommending tailored medical-grade products.
• Clinical Standards: Maintain immaculate, sanitized treatment rooms and equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Administration: Keep highly accurate, detailed, and up-to-date client treatment records.

Required Qualifications

• Active Esthetician License in good standing.
• Active Laser Hair Removal Technician License.
• Proven experience performing advanced Medspa services and laser treatments.
• Experience and/or certification in microblading, dermaplaning, and brow lamination.
• Deep understanding of skin anatomy, common conditions, and corrective protocols.
• Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
• A reliable, highly professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience operating multiple laser platforms.
• Strong familiarity with industry-leading medical-grade skincare lines.
• Previous background working in a Medspa, plastic surgery, or dermatology setting.

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Base: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
• Commission: Performance-based commission on select services.
