Licensed Esthetician and Laser Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty and wellness services, with a focus on laser treatments. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of safety and sanitation. The Laser Technician will work closely with clients to assess their needs and deliver effective treatments tailored to their individual goals.

Duties

• Perform laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation treatments with precision and care.
• Sanitate equipment and treatment areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Provide consultations to clients regarding laser treatments, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Document client treatment plans and progress accurately in the system.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques and technologies in laser treatments and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals, including those specializing in barbering, body waxing, cosmetology, nail care, dermabrasion, botulinum toxin treatment, and hair threading.
• Utilize MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

• Certification or licensure in cosmetology or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to beauty services.
• Familiarity with various beauty treatments such as body waxing, dermabrasion, botulinum toxin treatment, hair threading, and nail care is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
