Licensed Esthetician/ Beauty Consultant

Seeking an experienced Esthetician who desires to work towards growing a clientele and being successful in our beauty industry. Must be available weekends and evenings on a consistent basis.

The ideal candidate desires to promote and provide services, and in turn encourage loyalty of the client to themselves and to Merle Norman. The goal of this candidate is to achieve maximum customer satisfaction to drive long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Converse with clients to better understand their requirements and make suggestions for improving their appearance.
• Be knowledgeable and skilled both in depilatory services and facial services
• Apply make-up creating a variety of different looks according to the requests of the client
• Apply and sell Merle Norman cosmetics
• Answer the phone and schedule appointments
• Comply with health and safety standards

Skills

• Proven experience as a Esthetician
• Working knowledge of all aspects of cosmetology and best practices
• Up-to-date with fashion and beauty trends.
• Look professional and act professional
• Excellent communication and people skills
• High school diploma; successful completion and up-to-date license of a cosmetology school is a must

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $100.00 per hour
