Position Summary

We’re looking for a licensed esthetician who is fluent in both English and Chinese, skilled in skincare treatments and sales, and enthusiastic about client engagement both in-person and online. The ideal candidate is outgoing, proactive, creative, and eager to help grow a new brand through exceptional service and authentic connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional aesthetic treatments, including facials, laser and energy-based therapies, and skincare consultations
• Confidently recommend and sell treatment plans, skincare products, and service packages
• Engage with clients on social media by showcasing treatments, sharing skincare tips, and helping manage posts, stories, and replies
• Promote services and enhance brand visibility through thoughtful online and offline communication
• Educate clients on proper home care and treatment benefits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Participate in marketing campaigns, open houses, and community outreach events

Qualifications

• California Esthetician License (required)
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
• Experience with lasers, IPL, or other medical/aesthetic devices (preferred)
• Sales-oriented and social media–savvy, comfortable with both client interaction and content creation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with creativity, initiative, and strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or beauty retail environment is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
