Duties

• offer a variety of services in esthetics or nails.
• Perform detailed nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity.
• Apply color theory principles to recommend suitable shades spray tanning applications and nail designs that complement clients’ features.
• Conduct nail, waxing, lash, tanning and facial services to enhance clients’ overall look.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and retail options while upselling additional services or products to maximize client satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt in many different ways and personalities to ensure each client has a personalized experience.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, disinfecting workstations, and adhering to health regulations consistently.
• Stay current with industry trends in eyelash extensions, advanced skin care techniques, nail art trends.
• Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service that encourages repeat visits.
• execute great teamwork skills for you and everyone you work with to create a smooth work flow.
• Must be driven to excel in this industry and motivate those around you to do so.
• On down time, you are doing receptionist tasks and helping out at the front desk.
• all service providers or employees still in school will be trained on front desk duties for the first week.

Experience

• Proven experience as a licensed esthetician/ cosmetologist/ nail technician or proof of current schooling.
• Skilled in nail care techniques including gel nails, nail art, and pedicures with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and familiarity with retail sales concepts like upselling strategies to boost product sales effectively.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
