Responsibilities

● Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, HydraFacial, waxing, and

other spa services

● Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and

skincare products

● Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment room in accordance with

Massachusetts state regulations

● Provide excellent guest service and create a welcoming, relaxing environment

● Educate guests on skincare routines and recommend retail products when appropriate

● Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes

● Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience

<Experience>

• Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification required; additional certifications such as dermal fillers, laser treatment, or hair threading are highly desirable.
• Proven experience in a med spa or luxury salon environment
• Strong background in skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, nail care, makeup application, hair styling, barbering, and hair extensions.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly hospitality approach to ensure guest satisfaction from check-in to checkout.
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a focus on client needs.
