Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, highly communicative, organized, committed, and eager to learn and grow with the company.

This role includes esthetic services, front desk support, and client sales. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with clients, helping create an exceptional experience, and recommending treatment packages and services with confidence and professionalism.

No prior experience is required. Training will be provided by Ingrid Miller Medical Spa.

Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic services according to spa protocols and training provided.
• Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, check-in, scheduling support, and answering client inquiries.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and treatment environment.
• Educate clients about services, packages, and treatment options.
• Recommend and help sell treatment packages to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service.
• Support the team in delivering a luxury client experience.

Requirements

• Active Esthetician License required.
• No experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Advanced English required.
• Spanish required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset and willingness to recommend services and packages.
• Organized, professional, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and desire to grow within the company.

Schedule

• Regular schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Must be available to work Saturdays until 4:00 PM for at least the first 4 months
• Initial days off: Sunday and Thursday morning
• After 4 months: Sunday off plus alternating Saturdays and one weekday off

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour
