Licensed Esthetician/Future Operations Manager – Join a High-End Skin Health Practice

$17 to start with the ability to make up to $24/hr. Large commission and bonus opportunities.

We are a boutique skincare studio in the beautiful Naples neighborhood of Long Beach seeking a licensed esthetician who is passionate about skin health, client relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience every single visit.

What You’ll Do

• Perform our detailed, results-oriented signature facial with consistency and excellence.
• Educate clients on skin health and confidently recommend treatment plans and home care products that support long-term results.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and relationship-building.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout the salon.
• Help ensure every client receives a luxury experience from the moment they arrive until they leave.
• Partner closely with the owner to uphold daily operational standards, maintain an organized salon environment, and ensure consistent execution across the team.
• Assist with inventory management, retail presentation, opening and closing procedures, and overall salon organization.
• Help coach, encourage, and lead by example while contributing to a positive, accountable, high-performing team culture.
• Take ownership of identifying opportunities to improve systems, client experience, and day-to-day operations as our company continues to grow.

What We’re Looking For

• Current California Esthetician License.
• Friendly, polished, professional, and confident communicator.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Naturally takes ownership and follows through without needing to be reminded.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
• Passionate about skincare, continued education, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Comfortable recommending treatment packages and professional skincare products.
• Solutions-oriented with the confidence to handle challenges professionally and calmly.
• Excited to grow with a company and take on increasing operational leadership responsibilities over time.
• Leadership or management experience is welcomed but not required. We’re looking for someone with initiative, professionalism, strong judgment, and a genuine desire to help build something exceptional.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous spa or facial experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates professionalism, coachability, and a strong work ethic.
