Ajliss Medical Aesthetics, one of the largest providers of Allergan products in the nation, is looking for an experienced licensed esthetician to join our team. We combine advanced aesthetic treatments with a warm, patient-first approach and offer ongoing training, a supportive environment, and real room to grow.

What You'll Do:

• Perform facials, chemical peels, and advanced skin treatments
• Deliver microneedling and laser treatments following established protocols
• Perform HydraFacials, dermaplaning, and other corrective skin procedures
• Assess patient skin conditions and recommend personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aftercare
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a medical aesthetics or medspa setting
• Active California esthetician license (required)
• Proficiency in facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser treatments, HydraFacials, and dermaplaning
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
• Genuine passion for skincare and patient well-being

About the Position:

• Pay: $20/hr + commission on treatments performed and all retail/skincare sales
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Ongoing training to keep you current on the latest techniques and technologies
