What You’ll Do:

• Deliver waxing services with precision, efficiency, and care, ensuring every guest leaves feeling confident and valued.
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand guest goals and create customized waxing and product regimen plans.
• Educate guests on aftercare and product recommendations, helping them maintain healthy, beautiful skin between visits.
• Support each guest’s journey through service education, Wax Pass® packages, and exclusive product lines.
• Maintain high sanitation standards and a clean, professional suite that reflects the EWC brand.
• Participate in ongoing EWC development trainings that support your professional growth and skill advancement.
• Collaborate with your Center team to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience every time.

• European Wax Center requires team members to avoid providing services that directly compete with our centers during their employment. To protect our guest relationships and service standards, employees may not own, operate, or perform waxing, brow tinting, or other hair-removal services outside of European Wax Center while employed here. Full details of this requirement are provided in the non-compete agreement during the hiring process.

Availability Requirements:

We offer both Part-Time and Full-Time schedules with fixed hours for the year.

• Part-Time: Three (3) weekdays and one (1) weekend day
• Full-Time: Four (4) weekdays and one (1) weekend day
• Weekend shifts rotate between Saturdays (7:55 AM – 6:00 PM) and Sundays (9:55 AM – 6:00 PM).
• This role reports directly to the Center Manager.
