What This Role Requires:

This is a performance-based role, not just an hourly position. You’ll be expected to:

• Work at a consistent, fast pace
• Perform high-quality waxing services efficiently
• Connect with guests and deliver a professional, polished guest experience
• Educate guests on aftercare, skin health, and benefits of long-term waxing
• Comfortably make service & product recommendations
• Contribute to team goals (Guest Retention, Retail, Services, Wax Passes)
• Follow all EWC brand and sanitation standards
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (50 lbs occasionally)
• Ability to remain on your feet for prolonged periods during scheduled shifts

• $20–$30/hour average (performance-based earnings including uncapped retail & service commissions, bi-weekly bonuses & tips)

Schedule Requirements:

• Part-Time: 3 weekdays + 1 weekend day
• Full-Time: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day
• Weekend shifts (either all day Saturday OR all day Sunday)
• Must be willing to commit to a consistent schedule for a minimum of 52-weeks or more

Employees may not perform or operate competing waxing or similar services outside of EWC during employment.
