Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist/ Lash artist

Lash Republic XO is a luxury chic lash studio seeking a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to join our growing team.

Lash experience preferred but NOT required. We are willing to train the right licensed candidate who is motivated, coachable, and passionate about becoming a high-level lash artist.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants hands-on mentorship, stability, and real growth in a luxury salon environment.

Requirements:

• Active Nevada Esthetician or Cosmetology License (required)
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Passion for beauty and client experience
• Willingness to learn and master lash artistry
