Licensed Esthetician (Part-Time)

THE ROLE

Cool Indulge Wellness is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Esthetician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on professional experience to join our boutique recovery and beauty center. We are looking for an independent, results-driven practitioner who can provide a seamless blend of traditional holistic care and advanced clinical technology. This role is designed for a seasoned professional who can co-manage a shared treatment room with other estheticians and is ready to contribute to a high-growth boutique environment that serves affluent clientele.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical & Aesthetic Excellence

• Bespoke Treatments: Design and execute fully customized facial and home-care protocols. We believe no two skins are the same; you will tailor every session to the client’s unique history and goals.
• Advanced Modalities: Perform high-tech and traditional facials, Chemical Peels, HydraFacial, Dermaplaning, and Microchanneling/Microneedling.
• Body Contouring: Expertly operate Ultrasonic Cavitation, EMSZero, Laser-Sculpt Lipo, and Radio Frequency (RF) for face and body tightening.
• Holistic Recovery: Integrate Cryotherapy and Red Light therapy into client wellness journeys.
• Education & Retail: Conduct professional product demonstrations and provide expert recommendations to enhance client results and drive retail growth.

Studio Operations & Marketing

• Environment Mastery: Maintain meticulous studio cleanliness and operational flow throughout your shift.
• Retail Presentation: Ensure the retail area remains organized and inviting through dusting, arranging shelf-talkers, and highlighting monthly specials.
• Community Growth: Utilize social media skills to share success stories, promote services, and engage with our online community.
• Daily Maintenance: Contribute to the collective effort of laundry and general studio upkeep to ensure a premium environment.
• Basic Front Desk Tasks: Checking in and checking out clients; booking follow-up appointments; processing payments and close of service

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience as a Licensed Esthetician.
• Licensing: Must hold an active California Esthetician License and strictly adhere to all local and state regulations.
• Professionalism: Maintain a polished, professional appearance.
• Uniform: Black scrubs or professional black attire; hair must be secured back during all services.
• Nails: Must be short in length for hygiene and professional standards
• Communication: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and warmly with clients and the team.
• Independence: Proven ability to manage a range of clientele

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lash Lifts and Brow Lamination.
• Working knowledge of IMAGE Skincare and DBH (Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills) lines.
• Previous experience with, or a strong willingness to learn, our proprietary Airbrush Tanning techniques.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on experience).
• Incentives: Commission on retail and 100% of client tips.
