We are hiring an experienced, licensed Esthetician & Senior Lash Artist who is passionate about skincare, facials, lash artistry, beauty services, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

SERVICES YOU’LL PERFORM

• Custom facials & skincare treatments
• Hydrafacial, dermaplaning & advanced skincare services
• Lash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Mega Volume)
• Lash lifts & tinting
• Brow laminations, tinting & waxing
• Facial waxing
• Client consultations & skincare education
• Product recommendations, rebooking & client retention

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Texas Esthetician or Cosmetology License
• 2+ years facial/skincare experience
• 4+ years lash extension experience performing Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash extensions
• 2+ years Lash lifts & tinting
• 2+ years Brow laminations, tinting & waxing
• Strong consultation and guest service skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Hydrafacial
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• Dermabrasion
• Retail sales

SENIOR LASH ARTIST PLACEMENT NOTE

This role is intended for an experienced lash artist with the potential to be placed at the Senior Lash Artist level. All new hires begin as Regular Lash Artists during their initial onboarding and assessment period.

Senior Lash Artist placement is not automatic and is based on in-studio performance, service quality, guest experience, timing, consistency, retention potential, and alignment with Glow Up Studio’s Senior standards.

Candidates who demonstrate Senior-level performance during the assessment period may be eligible to move into the Senior Lash Artist title, Senior pricing level, and related compensation structure. Details of the Lash Performance Assessment Period will be provided with the offer by the Studio Director.

Pay: $39,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Microneedling: 1 year (Preferred)
• Facials: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• TX Esthetician/Cosmo License (Extensions only not accepted) (Required)
