CBS Home Inspection is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Licensed Home Inspector in the greater Columbus area. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, hassle-free licensed home inspection services for buyers, sellers, and realtors.

Duties

In your role as a Licensed Home Inspector you will be responsible for:

- Home inspection

- Commercial inspection

- Termite inspection

- Radon testing

- Well water quality testing

- Septic inspection

Your job will be to accurately document inspection findings through detailed reports and photographs, while identifying potential issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

● Valid State of Ohio home inspector license in good standing; successful completion of state-required education/examination.

● Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Minimum 1–2 years’ practical experience in home inspection, construction, remodeling, or trades strongly preferred.

● Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

● Effective communication skills for reporting findings clearly and professionally.

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy

● Solid record of on-time arrival at customer’s site.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

License/Certification:

• driver's license (Preferred)
• Home Inspection License (Preferred)
