Our team excels at building customer relationships and securing projects—but we are seeking an experienced technical partner to lead the installation and operations side of the business.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Licensed HVAC Contractor or a Senior HVAC Installer/Manager with strong leadership experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of operations and be a key partner in building out a new division.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC installations for commercial and residential projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate installation crews as the business grows.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting for complex HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish operational best practices and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed HVAC Contractor (NYC/Long Island) strongly preferred.
• Alternatively, Senior HVAC Technician or Installation Manager with 5+ years of proven field experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and maintenance practices.
• Strong understanding of local codes and EPA regulations.
• Leadership skills with experience supervising teams or managing projects.
